The colostrum in breast milk is primarily for brain development in infants to 12 months of age, and past that is just an incredibly high level of fat that is unnecessary and could likely cause obesity.
Not to mention, as stated by the lab, the bacteria and unknown additives placed there by unscrupulous sellers is a recipe for disaster.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with donating a surplus to a milk bank for women who can't produce enough or at all, or donating it to a NICU, but this nonsensical bodybuilding use is just gross.
