- Stick people are not dressed up, but barely shows any nudity.
Violence & Gore

- There are instances of dismemberment, beheadings, and so on. However, due to the stick figure characters, they are very mild and tend to fall under slapstick, similar to a cartoon.
- Gun violence and explosions are present throughout. However, there is no blood at any point in the game, and some instances are used for slapstick.
- Many of the choices lead to the main character being killed, blown up, or injured in a large variety of ways. Almost all of them are used for comedy.
- There are many action scenes in the game. As mentioned before, the violence tends to be rather mild, reduced even further by the stick nature of the characters.
- Extremely graphic methods of killing, but all are without blood and played for laughs.
- E10+ rating for cartoon and fantasy violence
- During The Good Gents option, Henry and the gang were confronting both Reginald and Ellie, but the Right Hand Man uses his laser eye at the gang, killing Henry and Geoffery.
- On the Toppat Recruits rank. Dmitri and Henry were fighting. Henry dodges his punch and throws him to his death.
- Charles is really known to crash his helicopter.

- There are extremely few instances of profanity, primarily 2 uses in "Stealing the Diamond", involving the words "crap" and "wanker".

- Some characters are seen smoking, and four storys from Completing the Mission contain a tavern of drunk people.
- In one of the choices the main character injects bug juice into his leg and turns into a fly.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- One part of the game contains a mild jump scare.
- One of the fails in Infiltrating the Airship is surprisingly emotional.

- In a fail in Escaping the Prison, Henry gets shot offscreen.
Profanity
- There is a use of crude humor in the game (such as one fail calling the player a noob, and another one saying "You have the reflexes of a statue" ect) however it is very mild and played for comedy.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- One of the endings (Pardoned Pals) shows Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose with glasses of what is presumed to be an alcoholic drink. There is no evidence it contains alcohol.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One ending (Valiant Hero) has a character (Charles) sacrificing themselves. This can be emotional and upsetting for some players.
- There is an ending in Fleeing The Complex that depicts a betrayal of the Toppat Clan leader to Henry. This might upset some of the players.
- In the Revenged ending, Henry dies after he took down the Toppat Clan for revenge after they betrayed him.
