RULES is an indie thriller advertised as having "outlandish martial arts action" but you'd be hard pressed to find anything like that here. The lead character is a maladjusted security guard at a nightclub who goes on a rampage of the most boring revenge ever. Expect bad acting, bad direction, messy visuals and a confusing storyline, leading to a big disappointment overall.
