Should be a watchable movie
josephvez1 January 2024
Poor script with worst voice dubbing. Could be a better casting or atleast a better dubbing artists for the characters. Felt like watching a non regional dubbed movie. Seems like the script has made up at the location except for the script for Asif and Balachandra menon. Unnecessary lengthy slow motion shots. If Asif was not acting in this movie I would have changed the movie in 30min watching. Could have given a better voice for Anson Paul. This is a physiological thriller movie by BGM and background score, not by actual movie. Some of the costumes assigned to characters are so funny for the scene. Lawyer dressed like he is going to club, Saiju Kurup always wear full 3 piece suite for all the scenes to show his character is rich!

What a disaster
hariraghav29 December 2023
Film falls prey to pitfalls of poor direction, muddled storytelling, and clichéd dialogues. Unwanted characters clutter the narrative, detracting from the plot's potential impact. Scenes lack originality, leaving viewers yearning for depth. A missed opportunity to elevate the cinematic experience.

The storytelling, a fundamental element of any movie, suffers from a lack of creativity and depth. The plot unfolds predictably, adhering to tired tropes and failing to offer any refreshing twists. It's a missed opportunity to engage the audience and deliver a memorable experience. Scenes lack the nuance and complexity needed to captivate viewers, falling into the trap of mediocrity.

Truely unexpected journey altogether 👍
pradeepvasuravi30 December 2023
Started on a slow pace and in a while,i was all into the movie. Starting from the name of the movie, it always keeps us thinking whats this about, and the makers have done a great job to keep the adrenaline rush. Never before experience for a malayalam movie. Its really a roller coaster ride. I felt Saijus character more interesting as hes always on a what next mode. All the actors have done a fair job and the background score felt adequate. The romantic stuff in the movie couid be trimmed a bit to make the movie crisp and shorter, especially being replayed. The director and his team are really promising and expecting much more magic in the next one.

Poor movie altogether
arunakhil-850113 January 2024
The movie is an utter disappointment altogether. The movie is hindered by subpar direction and unconvincing screenplay. Some of the chase sequences are so illogical that it feels like a joke. Some of the characters appear and disappear with not much to do. Even the romantic part of the movie is so nonconvincing that it makes us cringe. Don't waste your time on this rubbish movie. Not worth it. Asif Ali needs to do better movies than this to stay relevant. There is not much to take from this movie. It would have been a better watch if the screenplay and editing were even a tad better. Dont watch.

Deserves negative rating
aswathiwarrier10 January 2024
What this movie intended is beyond me. Bunch of jumbled stuff, enacted by a group of people who can barely act. The only people who at least has a good screen presence is Saiju Kurup. Even Ranji Panicker with all his talent has a pathetic useless role. Story is of a filmmaker whose reel life somehow seems to be blending into real life. They show a murder of a prosecutor without a proper story behind it, it gets captured in Asif Ali's camera and is shown to the world in an unceremonious manner. Meanwhile every scene is shown twice as they have to show the real and reel life. And scenes are just dragged to the extreme. Other than Saiju Kurup who looks spectacular and is dressed very fashionably and stylishly, everyone else looks unglamorous with tasteless outfits as well. Complete waste of time.

Khan Review- Climax?
zkzuber24 January 2024
I am fan of Malayalam cinema unfortunately this was not dubbed so had to watch with sub titles. I had seen the male actors in few other movies rest all for me were new. Dont know but agree with poor reviews the film is not upto the mark cant blame the actors but the director and writer. All the plots seems unnecessarily connected with each other does not have to do any thing with the continuity. The biggest disappointment is the climax i am sure no one must have understood and that's irritating. What should the viewers conclude it seems the directors is ok with whatever conclusions the audience assumes. Over all disappointing.

Promises a lot but delivers little
georgethomasp3 January 2024
This movie is a prime example of having all the right and finest ingredients available but a poor chef and their team failing to execute the recipe properly and delivering a poor meal.

The plot and premise is intriguing and all the right elements are in place but poor execution and acting talent that is severely sub par delivers a product that is lacking in so many fronts.

In the right hands the movie could have been an intriguing thriller that could have justified the source material. A classic example is Falimy which had so strong a storyline that in spite of some poor acting from some central characters the movie hits all the right notes.

Watch this movie with lowered expectations and you will walk away entertained so leave it at that.

A nice story line spoiled by a cheap stunt to introduce new actors using recognised actors as their face
rajeravi3 January 2024
A cheap stunt to introduce new actors by showing face of recognised stars like Asif Ali and Namita Pramod. It would have been better if they either used Asif Ali for the entire story telling or the new actor from beginning to end. Switching actors in between is totally boring and lose interest in the movie.

An utter disappointment
filmscoops9 January 2024
The movie showed how bad a comparatively good storyline can be executed. The movie started of as the portrayal of a middle class movie enthusiast who fell in love, with all those usual cliche situations which makes it cringe right from the beginning. Within the first few minutes we might get the tendency to stop continuing. By the intermission it tries to pick up the pace with some unforseen events but stills ends up as an utter disaster. The protagonist is depicted as a clear dummy who just keeps on doing some nonsense just for the storyline to carry on. It irritates the viewers. They tried to deliver something big but all the combinations were too unprofessional. Somehow reached the end and the ending illuminated the failure even more. Better don't watch it and waste your time.

Painfully slow and Enmeshed story
thepsychbuddy12 February 2024
The description of the movie on Netflix aroused and interest to watch the movie. However the description only is of second half of the movie and of few minutes.

Although the acting seems to be at par for all characters, the movie is a huge disappointment in terms of screenplay, direction and editing.

Too many characters and storylines appearing in random and a scene which could have been asking short as 30s goes on for 5 minutes.

In the end, attempt to make things all good and abruptly provide ending to all storyline seems uncharacteristic of all the plots which seemed different in the initial depiction

Overall huge disappointment and feels like absolutely waste of time.

Another dissappointment from Asif Ali
appusnikhil1 January 2024
This movie had a good story-line but the execution was super poor and the screenplay was filled with gaps that the director forgot to address or complete. The story is inspired from other movies and you will surely get the other movies(I'm not going into any spoilers here, do give the movie a watch).

It's sad to see Asif Ali going from one box-office bomb to another. He already had lots of disappointments this year but still he goes on to act in subpar movies like this. He is still one of my favourite actors and I hope he will get some good movies in the coming months.

The director could have concluded the movie quite early from the actual running time but he chose to extend it. I did like some parts which were executed well but overall this didn't work well for me. Hard to watch without fast-forwarding.
