Wow.Just how many regulars can you fit into one episode?Aside from Chloe, there's only two missing here and it's so noticeable they comment on it.Given how few characters turned up to see Harold off, it's nice they're all there to welcome him back.
Karl finds himself under pressure and handles Harold with his usual lack of tact, dropping a few not-so-subtle hints that get his back up. His later speech about the community and how they can count on each other and how important Harold is to it hits the mark a lot better. There are dark times ahead but Harold's realisation that he doesn't want to die is a step in the right direction.
Elsewhere, there's a few nice character moments with Zeke getting completely the wrong end of the stick, Bridget realising the effect she's having on other people, Susan NOT realising the effect she's having on other people and Toadie noticing that Ringo's a much better parent than he is.Aside from a bit of confusion as to Callum's whereabouts at various points, this is pretty much perfect.
