Harrow asks for the skull CT when inspecting the elongated canines. But a CT scan takes hundreds of cross sectional images, not just one, and is never taken from the front, so wouldn't show the face. What Harrow examined was a head x-ray.
Furthermore, the roots of the canines are still visible, instead of just the implant screws which replace the root.
There is no vampire lore involving yellow roses.
In the original novel Dracula, there is mention of burying a vampire's victims with a branch of wild roses, to make sure they do not rise again, but their is not colour specified, just the petals aren't enough, and years after the person has been turned into a vampire is far too late to stop them rising as one of the undead.
The victim is missing his breastbone.
The ribs were shown to have been cut cleanly to remove the heart, (which is not actually possible without a bone saw) and the bone that connects them was entirely absent.
