John Dean mentions Richard Nixon and Title IX in January, 1972. Title IX was not signed by Nixon until June, 1972.
Dean says he liked the 'font' which Liddy used. This term was not widely known outside of printing professionals until the advent of the Apple Macintosh in the 1980s. In 1972 he would probably have said 'typeface'.
