Once I went this dvd, I could never go back. Workouts/exercises are definitely not for beginners, although if you're determined enough and go in your own pace, you'll nail it.
I've tried every single recipe that Mel suggested and they all were super light, delicious, nutritious, and surprisingly filling. Yum!
I strongly recommend this dvd as it will benefit anyone! Mel B generously shares her own secrets that helped her to get in shape after having her babies and stay fit and beautiful. I find her snacks and recipes absolutely fantastic!
Her personality is super fun and outgoing, which makes this video really enjoyable and made me like her as a person.
