I'm finally getting around to watching the final season of Superstore, and with due respect to the other reviewers who are no doubt prolific and should be accorded due respect, I actually found Floor Supervisor quite funny and I laughed at the political parables from this episode. So for example the references to the bridge related to a scandal involving a long-standing politician, along with the smear campaigns and promises to do the impossible. Also I chuckled at Matteo channeling Eva Peron to Glenn's Juan, with Matteo emphasizing the Patty LuPone version not the Madonna one. Again, a chuckle for sure.

I miss my old Superstore

Superstore is my go-to show when I need a big laugh but this episode is not it. There are some funny moments, but the rest is just so bland. I think Amy's departure is not a big part of the problem, the writing just hasn't been the same since Season 5. I hope it gets better
Superstore entering the PC realm

It was bound to happen, judging from some of last season's episodes. Jonah is called white as an insult, but what really angers him is that he isn't considered feminist enough, because he took photos with women at a restaurant (a sure sign he's the Devil).
Like with most shows nowadays, the writers are checking stunning & brave boxes and there's little room left for comedy. It's an awful strategy choice just when your major star left the show, but what're gonna do, it's 2020. Let's hope for a better episode next week, otherwise people will quickly change the channel.

What is this writing?

Where did they dig these writers up at? I have seen kindergarteners come up with better storylines than this!! Jonah vs chy was a completely dumb idea!! Airhead who is more worried about instagram vs someone who is trying to make a difference in the work place!! Again, WTH comes up with this garbage? If this show had writers & a better casting director, it would have been great!! The My Name Is Earl writing team would be perfect for this shows remake/reboot!!
