Douglas Day Stewart, who wrote the screenplay for the classic film An Officer And A Gentleman, wrote this very interesting episode that.features Burgess Meredith (the Penguin and Rocky's trainer) as a reactionary school board member that the students come into conflict with when Pete and Alice open up a school radio station giving the students freedom of expression with their music and personal comments BIG MISTAKE! The question of censorship comes into play and Kaufman starts to regret his decison. The students go to the board meeting and record Meredith's character making a jerk of himself and mocking the students. He is such a jerk you grit your teeth watching him. The students expose him in the end by turning the mike on when he is having an argument with Pete. It reminded me of Lonesome Rhodes getting exposed in A Face In The Crowd.

An OK start to Season 3. Meredith gives a great performance as Mr Henry. The station gets started with music from DJ Jason. The kids decide to tape Mr Henry at a school board meeting and play them on the air. He wants to shut down the programming but has a change of heart at the end.
