I think this was a good episode overall- although perhaps not as funny as some of the others. But, I did find the search for the smell plot line funny. But, more significantly I think Jonah's situation here was relatable (especially to younger people) and gave his character some more depth. I also think it shows he is a strong character, independent of Amy. In fact, the show as a whole is just as good without her. Plus, Glenn is at his best here I think- funny, but in a wholesome kind of way. Dina's character can be too much- in the sense that she isn't funny- just flat out inappropriate - they could be more subtle and realistic in writing her, whilst still retaining the essential aspects of her character.

The final scene with the spinning wheel and the baseball bats could have been done in slow motion with Twisted Sister's We're Not Gonna Take It as the background music to emphasize that the Cloud 9 staff were letting off steam with Dina as the acting manager because Glenn had to isolate with his donuts and all.
It's interesting, well a snapshot in time, seeing how the pandemic was portrayed in pop culture when the world was on its knees with the pandemic. Anyway, Dina is up to her neck struggling as acting manager and it shows how difficult being the Cloud 9 manager is, so hopefully Glenn will return soon.
