Sex & Nudity

- "Coffee" is used as a slang for sex.
- In one side mission, a male porn actor has sex with women in the back of a limo. The car is shown rocking back and forth and female moaning can be heard.
- You can find double entendres hidden throughout the city. One included the logo of your character's laptop that is a bowl of fruit shaped as a male's genitalia, mocking the company Apple.
- You can go dumpster diving in the city and on a few occasions find a used condom or a dildo, although your more likely to find a weapon.
- There're references to gay, straight and group sex in dialogue sequences, as well as pornography and prostitution.
Violence & Gore

- The chainsaw makes a return in this game, unlike GTA IV and GTA V. Corpses will be shown cut in half after you kill someone with it. The minigun also cuts people in half.
- A man has his heart removed in one cutscene. Blood squirting, stabbing and screaming is heard but not shown. The bloody heart in a man's hand however is shown afterwards. The man's face is also covered in blood.
- While not as graphic as its console and PC brethren.
- This Grand Theft Auto game lets you shoot and kill mobsters, police officers, and innocent civilians (though you're not rewarded for it).
- Weapons at your disposal include machine guns, flamethrowers, Molotov cocktails, pistols, swords, and grenades. Gamers can drive over people and blood can be seen as red liquid and with some weapons causing dismemberment or decapitation.
- There is a violent mini-game called "Rampage". This game gives you a weapon with unlimited ammo and you are tasked to kill as many gang members as you can walking on the streets. This can usually lead to a high body count.
Profanity

- Even though the profanity mostly can be read rather than heard, you can sometimes hear the cops say "asshole" you also can hear many pedestrians use the word "fuck" and "motherfucker"
- Strong language can be reaad rather than heard in this game (as it lacks voice actors).
- But the list of bad words is a long one, including "f-ck", "c-nt", "sh-t", "a--hole", "damn", "hell", "bitch" and more.
- Some obscene words can be heard from pedestrians.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- There is drug use and selling in the game. You can buy and sell weed, downers, coke, ecstasy, acid, and heroin.
- The basic mechanic is buy low and sell high, making the trade system a cinch. The game further tones down the difficulty by giving you tips for who's selling cheap or buying high in the city, making drug dealing look easy and profitable. There is a catch however. There were a couple of drug busts, but these were rare.
- The drug dealers will actually talk about the side-effects of some of the drugs once in a while, but this also happened once in a blue-moon.
- Note that Haung can never use any of his drugs.
- A main character has a hangover after having been drunk.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- You will watch a mobster rip the heart out of a live man.
- The game focuses on illegal, underground activity including drugs and gang violence.
- The player can use the services of prostitutes, run over pedestrians, and kill police officers.
- Suffice it to say, this game scores incredibly low when it comes to positive social behaviors.
