Reinforced my love for this show

Warning: Spoilers
The characters are great, personally I find it funny and relatable and the spontaneous jokes just make it better. This episode had a clear arc for both Tuca and Bertie and I loved how they intertwined at the end. Their relationship/friendship is surely gonna be one of the major underlying themes of this season, and I can't wait.

My friend definitely finds Bertie relatable and I'm loving Tuca. Hope that mechanic returns sometime soon. Great episode, ending was a gut punch. I reckon this could be the next Bojack Horseman.

Painfully unfunny attempts at relatable humor

This show isn't funny, it has nothing valuable to say. It isn't the worst episode of a show I have ever watched but it's pretty bad. Relatable humor is the the worst type, it's easy, uninspired and for those who can't relate to it, awful.. as a comedy, this show and episode fall flat.

Why does this exist?

I had never seen any episodes of season one when I saw people praising Adult Swim for renewing Tuca & Bertie.

Buzzwords like "whip-smart", "relatable", "hilarious", etc... were being thrown around, so it seemed like something I should definitely check out.

Well, turns out I was deceived.

Because of the effusive praise I forced myself to watch all of episode one of season two, waiting for it to become funny; it never did.

On the contrary, the characters are insufferable, what passes for a plot was mind numbingly stupid, the animation was uninspired, and there was nothing even remotely humorous about any of it.

To be clear, the problem was not that I couldn't grasp the complexities of the storyline because I had missed out on season one; the problem was I wanted someone to come along and slaughter all of the birds to put me and them out of our collective misery.

Is this seriously what passes for entertainment?

Is this the best Adult Swim can muster up?

If so, the well has run dry and it is time to close up shop.

I know I'm being harsh, but this is a straight up dumpster fire.
