- Bel's Story
Bel talks about how after the Flux swept through the universe, Daleks kept spreading because there was nothing to stop them. Running, Bel says that the days and maps don't make any sense, and everything is disrupted. Daleks aren't a major concern, but other things.
A blue swarm of mites descend on two survivors of the Flux, disintegrating them while Bel watches from hiding. She figures that they want to stop her from getting to her love.
The Doctor figures that she's in extreme danger, but she's good at working out quick solutions. She considers what's happening, and watches as Swarm snaps his gingers. The Doctor falls into a heart storm, and watches as first Yaz, then Dan, and then Vinder are pulled back out of sight. She swears that she'll find them, and an Angel appears before her. The Doctor figures that time is broken, and is then pulled away.
The Doctor is standing with the others, watching the Trubial Monument comes down. She figures that only the Temple is left, and Vinder tells her that there are five Passenger forms in the temple. Dan reports that aerial sheltering is complete and they can move in on the Doctor's signal. Yaz says that they have enough equipment to breach the entrance. The Doctor wonders where they are, and Vinder figures that she's suffering from temporal haze. Yaz injects the Doctor with a hypo, to block the hazing, and tells her that they need to end the Siege of Atropos.
The Doctor remembers that she found Yaz on Atropos, and then comes out of haze and tells Dan to tell the fleet to advance. She says that they're there to rescue the hostages, end the siege, and reset time so the universe can function again. The Doctor says that the universe is relying on them and tells them to prepare to move in.
Dan is on Earth and meets with Diane, bring coffee. He's distracted and says that he lost his bearing, and then asks Diane about her date. As she talks about it, Dan sees swarms of the blue creatures flying overhead. Time changes to night, and he's sitting out with Diane. Diane asks him why he isn't marries, and Dan says that 13 years he was engaged. Three days before their wedding, she changed her mind. Dan says that he loves her, and then wonders when they are. He wonders if they've done it before and if they moved.
Diane asks Dan where he was and why he didn't come. Dan sees a figure standing on the pavement ahead of them, and Diane disappears. A ghost image of the Doctor appears and says that she found Dan, and she can't hold onto everything. The figure disappears when Dan turns back to look at it.
The Doctor and Yaz are sitting in a patrol car, and the Doctor is talking about her day.. There's a flicker and she changes into Yaz's partner Ppp, and she doesn't notice anything unusual. An Angel appears in the rearview mirror , but when Yaz turns, there's nothing there. When Yaz adjust the rearview mirror, she sees the Angel in the reflection. The Doctor takes the other officer's place and says that she's trying to break through to Yaz's Timestream, but there's a barrier like something is trying to keep her out. There's another flicker, and the other officer reappears.
Vinder is meeting with his superior, and a senior officer who is actually Yaz points out that Vinder was the only pilot who flew into the blaze, and he was lucky to escape dying. He says that he made a judgment call and it wasn't luck, then says that he remembers the situation but Yaz wasn't there. Vinder then goes back to his normal memories. A ghostly Doctor appears nearby and tells Vinder not to mind her, and she's trying not to be distracting. Vinder notices but Yaz doesn't, and Vinder dismisses it as nothing. Yaz tells Vinder that he'll permanently be at the side of the Grand Serpent, and the Grand Serpent is demanding. Vinder says that he understands, and Yaz tells him that the posting is his before she briefly flickers into the appearance of a male officer.
On Atropos, the Doctor and the others go to the Temple doors. Yaz blows the doors in, and the Doctor says that they're entire focus is on finding the Ravages.
The doctor finds herself back in the Timesteam, facing three Mouri. The leader says that Time is playing games with all of them, and the pressure of the Timestorm will be too much, even for her. The Doctor vows that she won't let the others die, saying that she can absorb it all and asks them to help her so she can help them. Time pulls her back, and the Doctor tells the Ravagers that they're intruders, the Temple is surrounded, and they've came to take back what the Ravagers took.
Swarm and Azure are in the central chamber, casually listening. The Doctor says that they should have their troops to surrender, or they'll have to answer to her. The Fugitive Doctor appears and wonders what the Doctor is doing in her reflection. The Doctor asks Fugitive why she's there, and then realizes she's in her past. Fugitive doesn't believe the Doctor is her future self, and the Doctor says she's in a memory of her past that she lost. The others arrive, and Yaz calls Dan a dog. The Doctor picks up on it and asks Yaz who they are, and Yaz says that they're her team.
Vinder tells the Doctor that once they retake the chamber, they retake the planet and the Doctor will be clear of it. The others move on, and the Doctor asks Fugitive why she doesn't remember it. Fugitive says that if the Doctor has thrown herself into a Timestorm, and the storm there her there, the Doctor might never get back and her friends will die, submerged in their own Timestreams.
Dan runs through tunnels with someone shooting at him, and he has no idea how he got there or what's going on. Williamson arrives and asks why Dan disobeys the task, shoots back, and then says that he came from Mason Street, Edge hill. Dan knows he lives near there, and Williamson laughs and tells him that they're far away. The blue swarms appear and fly past them. Williamson says that he's seen the mites erase people and objects from existence.
Williamson says that the mites are returning, and Dan finds himself at the docks. He hears the Doctor saying that she's coming in. Her image appears and she tells Dan that she's hiding him in his own Timestream why she tries to get the Mouri into place. She warns that it's hard because Time is breaking down and hunting anomalies. The Doctor says that she'll fix it and tells Dan not to disappear.

Bel reports that she found one last ship, the last relic of the Lupari, and wonders if the Flux got them all. She flies out of the Dalek sector, and enters the Cyber sector while armies of Cybermen convert anyone they find. Bel keeps moving forward, trying to ignore the creature that told her Time is compromised and the Mouri have fallen. She wonders how she can find her soulmate if Time and Space are breaking down.
Vinder is on a space station, and Grand Serpent tells Vinder that his two jobs: to protect him and record his next meeting. He explains that the Afloria want an alliance of food in return for protection. When Vinder says that everyone wins, Grand Serpent and Yaz flinch. Grand Serpent asks if Vinder can see and understand it, and Grand Serpent wonders if Vinder wants to be him. The rules tells Vinder that he doesn't need solidarity, and only needs Vinder to be silent. The Alforia dock with the station, and Vinder says that he doesn't want to relive it. He asks Yaz why she's there, but Yaz doesn't respond.
Yaz is in a memory of being at her sister's flat playing video games. Sonya says that she wants to learn it so she can impress a guy. There's a flicker and the Doctor takes Sonya's place. She tells Yaz that she took it upon herself to divert Yaz into a Timestream so Yaz wouldn't have to absorb the Timeforce. Yaz wonders what Time is going to do to the Doctor, and the Doctor says that she has a different biology. The Doctor explains that she and the Mouri are hiding everyone in their own Timestreams, their own memories of the past, present and even future. The Doctor briefly turns back into Sonya, then explains that she's spread across multiple Timestreams and she can't be constant. When the Doctor says that they're hiding her friends in their own lives, Yaz replies that the memory hasn't happened to her and the details are wrong. The Doctor admits that Yaz is right and there's something wrong with her timestream.
In the video game she was playing, Yaz sees Angels. The Doctor tells Yaz not to blink, and there are Angels disrupting her timestream. An Angel appears in the room when Yaz looks away, and the Doctor tells her to quit the game. Yaz can't, and the Angel appears in the room. The Doctor warns that if the Angel touches Yaz, she'll be propelled back in time and the Doctor will never be able to find her. The Doctor disappears, and Yaz unplugs the game console and throws it on the floor. The Angel disappears and Sonya reappears.
The Doctor is pulled back to the past and the Temple. She confronts the Ravagers and tells them to surrender. Fugitive appears in the Doctor's place and says that if they don't surrender, their identities will be erased. She reverts back to the Doctor, who says that they've already lost. Swarm wonders how they could lose with so many hostages, and she says that Passenger is a long-forbidden form. As the Doctor and Fugitive flicker back and forth, Fugitive says that Passenger was barred from the dimension for good reason. Swarm says that Passenger is a living prison with endless capacity, and five Passengers and millions of lives are locked within them. Touching Passenger, Swarm dissipates it.
Elsewhere in the temper, Vinder confirms that one Passenger is destroyed. He tells Dan that they need the Mouri, and Dan says that he's trying.
Swarm tells the Doctor that they have taken control of the Division's dirty secrets, the planet of Time. He tells the Doctor is not controllable. The Doctor and Fugitive says that it must be controlled, and Swarm tells them that Time will never surrender to Time, and the Temple is a fallacy and heresy. Azure destroys the second Passenger.
As Vinder and Jaz monitor the destruction of the Passengers, Dan calls the Doctor and tells her that the Mouri are ready. The third Passenger glows, and the Ravagers realize the Maori are coming. Swarm says that the Mouri shall not have it. The Doctor produces a small glowing pyramid and says that everything in the Passengers can be summoned. The Passenger is one of theirs, substituted for one of the Ravager's. The Mouri emerge from the Passenger. On the Doctor's orders, Dan and the others come in and use their guns to imprison the Ravagers in stasis fields.
The Ravagers are teleported out, and the Doctor reappears in the Timestream with the Mouri. She tells them that they need to work together to save her friends in the future by replicating what happened in the past. She tells them to embed themselves in the Passenger to replace their burned out Mouri elements, and if they don't then Time will fracture across all of space.

Bel takes her ship into hyperspace, and checks the sector borders of the invading aliens. Cybermen dock with the ship and burst in, and open fire on Bel. She shoots back and takes cover, and manages to destroy the intruders. Bel questions one badly wounded Cyberman, who says that there are 700 billion Cybermen in the sector. She asks what is happening with time, and the Cybermen says that the Flux disrupted the Planet Time, and the temporal center can't hold. It says that the Cyberrace is securing their territory and converting all life forms, and then rules. Bel points out that the universe is disappearing, and eventually the races will fight and wipe out each other.
The Cyberman asks Belle what her mission is. She says love, and the Cyberman tells her that she's incorrect, and love is an emotion but not a mission. Bel finishes it off and says that love is the only mission. She then tells her pocket unit, Tigmi, that she promises she's going to get them to where and who they need to be with.
Vinder is with Grand Serpent in his memories, and Grand Serpent comes to an agreement with the Aflorians. Grand Serpent has Vinder stop recording. When Vinder does so, Grand Serpent tells the Aflorians to return nine dissidents to face justice. Five should be returned, and the other four are family members of Grand Serpent's critic, and they have to meet an "accident"
Later after the family members die, Vinder reports to his superior, who now appears as Yaz again. Yaz says that there's no recording, and asks Vinder what he wants to achieve. Yaz says that Grand Serpent the whistleblower protocols, and he'll see Vinder's report. Vinder says that he swore his loyalty to the Constitution, not any one person. Yaz tells him that she can submit Vinder's report or not. Vinder begs not to relive his memory, then says that people need to know the truth and tells Yaz to submit it.
Viner finds himself on the observation post, saying that he won't be coming back as expected. He says that he was reposted and can't say anymore, and insists he was doing the right thing.
On Atropos, Vinder tells the Doctor that Time is correcting. The Doctor recognizes Dan's equipment, and he briefly turns into Karvanista. When she stares at him, Dan figures that she's suffering from temporal hazing again. They move out, taking the Passengers with them to extract the hostages.
The Doctor finds herself back in the Timestream, and the Mouri tell her that they send four Mouri to her time, and now she must return rather than linger in her own Timestream. The Doctor says that it's her only chance to find out who she was, but the Mouri say that her body is breaking from the temporal forces. She begs them to let her have one more memory, but they refuse and force her out.
The Doctor appears in a chamber, and woman tells her that she's fighting a lost cause and should stop. She says that the damage to Time is already done as intended. The Woman tells the Doctor that they reintroduced the Ravagers, and the Doctor should think of them as a temporal contagion. The Doctor asks where she is, and the Woman says that the universe is over. She says that the Flux was made and placed, because of the Doctor. The Woman tells the Doctor that she can go, and the Doctor finds herself in the Temple. She says that she had a chance when Time was broken to find out what was going on.
The Ravagers come in, saying that they brought the doctor there knowing what she would do. The mites appear, and Swarm explains that they're particles of the Timeforce, that erode whatever they touched. He says that Time was unleashed long enough for the mites to disrupt Time, just as the Flux wrecked space. He says that they have something of Dan's, and projects an image of Diana from within a Passenger. The Doctor tells Dan that she can't go to Diana and do what he's told. Vinder offers to help Dan get Diana back, and Swarm says that Diana is their toy now.
The Doctor and the others leave the Temple, and the Doctor looks at her reflection in a mirror. Vinder goes into the TARDIS for the first time, and realizes what it is from the legends. Yaz refuses to let him pilot it. Meanwhile, the Doctor promises Dan that they'll get Diana back, and finds out who is behind the Flux and what it has to do with her. When Yaz wonders what it has to do with the Doctor, the Doctor abruptly cuts her off. As the others enter the TARDIS, a Priest Pyramid flies up and asks the Doctor if she can repair. She says that she hopes so and goes in after the others.
Bel makes camp and replays Vinder's recording, and when he says that he loves her she says that she and Tigmi love her. She promises Vinder that they're coming, and they'll be soon: her and Vinder's unborn child.
The Doctor takes Vinder to the ruins of his home, where the Flux ripped through it. He says that he has to found someone, and needs to find her. The Doctor gives Vinder a communicator to reach him wherever he is, then she and the others go back into the TARDIS and depart. Vinder figures that the Flux took his home, and both he and Bel separately promise to find the other.
Yaz's cellphone rings, and an Angel appears on it. It then appears in the TARDIS, and the Doctor and Dan join Yaz. The Doctor tells them not to blink, and when they briefly look away it goes to the controls and set a new course.
