- Nikhil Sood gets a call on emergency helpline number dial 100 where a woman threatens to commit suicide. Nikhil asks for her details in order to help her but the woman hesitates saying that she is soon going to die. Prerna, wife of Nikhil, alerts him that their son Dhruv could be back to old habits of being a drug peddler as he leaves home late night. Nikhil makes Dhruv understand and return home quickly. But much before that, the mysterious woman who called Nikhil reaches his house and holds Prerna captive. The woman forces Prerna to sit in her car and calls Nikhil. After having a second conversation, he realizes that she is Seema Pallav whose son died in a hit and run case. A rich boy, Anant Mehra's car hit him and the case got shut due to pressure from big wings. But Dhruv also had a hand in it. Seema's motive is only to get revenge on Anant, which is why she has kidnapped Prerna and wants Dhruv to bring Anant to her.—alex.mjacko@gmail.com
- Nikhil Sood is an overworked and underpaid police officer who one night gets a call on the emergency helpline number 100 from a woman who is threatening to commit suicide. Nikhil asks for her details and says he needs that in order to help her but the woman firstly hesitates and then refuses saying she is going to die soon anyway.
Nikhil's wife Prerna phones to alert him that she thinks their son Dhruv could be back to his old habits of being a drug peddler. She continues to tell him that Dhruv leaves home late at night same as when he leaves for his late night shift. Nikhil rings his son and somehow makes him understand and return home quickly.
But before that the mysterious women who called Nikhil threatening suicide reaches his house and holds Prerna captive. The woman forces Prerna to sit in her car and calls Nikhil after having a second conversation he realizes that she is Seema Palav whose son died in hit a run case and a rich spoiled brat Yash Mehra's car was the one that hit him. The case got shut down due to pressure from the city's big wigs and the woman thinks Dhruv also had a hand in it. Seema's motive is only revenge by killing Yash, hence the reason she has kidnapped Prerna. She wants Dhruv to get Yash to her, he complies and calls Yash to meet him in a multistory parking lot.
At the same time, Nikhil manages to trace and find their location and arrives to the multistory parking lot with a gun. Yash arrives and talks with Dhruv before being ambushed by Seema and held at gunpoint. Nikhil comes out and tries to talk her down, telling her that doing all this won't change things it will only make things worse. As Nikhil slowly closes the distance between them, Seema panics and shoots both Dhruv and Yash in the chest, before being shot and killed by Nikhil.
At the hospital, Dhruv and Yash's families are shown waiting while both of them are in surgery. The doctor comes over and tells them that Yash survived, unfortunately Dhruv was not as lucky and succumbed to his wounds. Nikhil and Prerna grief stricken, breakdown in each other's arms. Nikhil's boss arrives and tells him in private that while what happened to his son is tragic, this case must be closed and covered up like with the accident involving Seema's son.
Nikhil returns to the call center emotionless while thinking about everything that had transpired and as well as his son's death. He speaks to one of his colleagues and asks for a copy of all the phone calls and radio transmissions that took place during the whole ordeal. He is given a USB flash drive with all the copies, he then heads to his desk and after some thinking picks up his phone. He calls the local news station and decides to tells them that he has information on a crime, before the screens fades to black.
