Starts with a sniper at a hotel, moves quickly to an illegal casino operating at a swank luxury home. Shaver and Ohara work their way into the casino, but it's over the top and hard to believe.
This could have been one of the better episodes of Ohara, but it comes across as un-rehearsed and un-edited. The hardest part to watch is the scene near the end with Ohara and Agent Mathis, in the abandoned art gallery. Pat Morita stumbles over his lines ("You already know that already!"), and Deborah Wakeham comes across contrived and stiff. Director should have done a retake.
