Things are made even worse for the group of four friends, when it appears that someone is aware of the events that night.

Not quite the shock factor of the first episode, but still a thoroughly enjoyable watch. Most of the episode is fluff, but the characters are that good, that interesting, the impact of events is so believable in them all, that even the fluff is enjoyable.

The twist, it felt early on like there would be a lot of them, a major one comes at the end, that really will change things.

Very enjoyable, 8/10.

The members of the Pact have tense moments not only because they might have killed their unsavoury and unlikeable boss.

They are now being blackmailed by an unknown person by text.

Maybe they should have tried harder to find out who the blackmailer could be. It could be one of them, instead they decide to pay the person off.

As far as the police are concerned. This is now a murder investigation, Jack was strangled.

The episode tries to tease various relationships. Does Jack's father has something to hide. What is the precise relationship between Jack and his aunt?

For Anna there is more tension as her husband Max is closely involved in the murder investigation. There are some nice moments as she tries to be romantic with Max but to no avail. Duty comes first.

This is still a brooding piece and with nothing new. All the characters seem to have something to hide and the pace is still rather sedate.
