And you thought your family was dysfunctional

Great writing to close one segment with a bang. Tons of action and suspense, one of the better episodes in my opinion, and a nice cliff-hanger at the end. Keep up the great writing guys! Oh, can youz finally get rid of Ryan Phillippe's photo off the TV shows poster... it really is pointless, and annoying.

Poor Writing, Decent Plot

I enjoy watching the show for its suspense but always feel that the writing falls flat- making some characters come across as cheesy/in-genuine. The best thing they did this season was bring on Ted Levine to play Horst. His acting was phenomenal and really carried the season in my opinion.

[7.6] The snapping
cjonesas7 August 2021
A less intense episode in terms of flow, but stronger in suspenseful development, starting to connect the dots as final. The acting is as good as before, though a little unrealistic regarding Ronnie and his girlfriend, competing with each other for the gold medal of the crazier sociopath.

Strange what's happening with and to the family. Too much zeal from the writers' part?!

Can this last?

Warning: Spoilers
Interesting and violent family. Kind of reminds me of the early years of Dallas. That being said, if as many family members were killed off in that 1980s series, where would it have gone?

So, now we have a bickering family in Montana, seemingly killing off family members one after another. Pretty soon, no family left. End of series.

Who shot J. R.?

Bitter Roots

It is hard to root for anyone in this wacky family, and that kills the viewer's interest.

That is just a small piece of the puzzle though. The storylines are just awful on Big Sky.

MORE AND MORE

Ridiculous as the season went on. Just as stupid as it can get. This should be listed as a fantasy with Disney+.

wow, it takes effort
ChaChangenge20 May 2021
It really takes some serious effort to have a such good line up of actors and still make every episode worst than the on before. What ruins this whole series (and all the other new TV series and movies out there) is the relentless peddling of "woke" BS.

Stop! I am sick of this PC BS! It Ruins everything!

Where are the writers?

Warning: Spoilers
This could be a great story if, they would write people the way they actually behave! Jenny would not provolk someone with a gun? Come on, she should know better! I don't know if this show will make it or not! But I'm hoping they will show us that they can make it better.
