This episode wasn't the greatest but the last 12 seconds of the episode make it all worth it. Can't wait for next week!!

Kids in the Superstore

Warning: Spoilers
Lowell Anderson is the Kids in the Hall reunion we've been wanting, as Dave Foley makes a guest appearance as Lowell Anderson. He and Mark McKinney were two members of the Canadian sketch series The Kids in the Hall, and Dave Foley (who also starred in NewsRadio) looks so different, well his hair does.
The very end was amazing, with America Ferrera making a surprise guest appearance at the end, leading to the final two episodes of Superstore which will no doubt be emotional. Jonah still has feelings for Amy, and I can't wait to see what happens with them, and whether Jonah stays with Hannah or returns to Amy.

I am not sure if this was a type of 'bottle' or 'filler' episode, but nothing made sense in it's execution with Lowell Anderson as the episode dragged on. Not sure if Glenn was running the A or B plot, but it definitely held the episode back a lot.
The Jonah plot also felt a little flat as his arrested development continues to cause the same sort of shenanigans he gets up into. After 6 seasons I would hope some evolution would occur.

Made no sense!

Listen, I love this show. Is season 6 as good as the rest? Probably not, but it's had some great episodes sandwiched between average ones, so I'm not complaining too much.
This episode, however, was a 21-minute complete waste of time just to get to the plot updates in the final minute. Why does this Cloud 9 former owner who means nothing to the store anymore randomly show up to driver this news, yet take all episode to do it by making us watch a pointless filler plot? Everything about this idea was so random between his spontaneous appearance, his ludicrous demands, his lack of ulterior motive (why set it up to look like he was trying to get this location in trouble on purpose just to end it with him saying it's closing regardless? What was the need?).... obvious last minute writing. I wondered if they planned to stretch the final season longer and were told they were ending earlier and needed to skip forward as quickly as possible, but then I realized this episode is a total waste of an opportunity to contribute anything meaningful to the story and gave up on that theory.
I'm grateful that Jonah's narrative is finally inching towards resolving with a girl much better suited for him at least. He and Amy never worked well with one another outside of the will they/won't they stage and it dragggged for too long. She always treated him like an afterthought and Jonah obviously deserves to be more than that to someone. I swear to God if they get them back together when she returns....
