This was the best episode of the series, thus far, for one reason. Patton Oswalt's conversation with Erin from his isolation in the Mars-bound ship to her at HQ reached peaks of comedy and pathos. What he's missed and how he expressed it provides a superb example of first-rate writing and acting winning the gold together.

This season has really gone down hill

It is extremely sad that the writers decided to listen to some of the idiotic television reviewers.
The programme has truly dumbed down.
I hope that some of the modifications were made due to restrictions imposed by COVID.
The previous season had a healthy amount of satire.... I'm guessing this annoyed some of those it was mocking.

No emotion, no progression

Still nothing has happened in this show and still I wait. The forced situations the actors try to pull themselves through are dreadful and I can't remember everyone being so unlikable in the first season. I truly do hope this show finds some way to drive the plot in The last episode but I'm loosing faith. The music and dialog drain the ears as I try to push through situations that are so predictable and so utterly void of anything that resembles humor. Guess we will see.
