Errors in geography 

There is no "Bob's Burgers" on the section of Central Ave (Route 66) as shown in the episode. The in-car sequence is actually filmed on Route 66 as Marshall mentions, however, the exterior shot of the fast food restaurant is actually a re-dressed Bob's Burger location elsewhere in the city.

Revealing mistakes 

The giant seal behind the judge in the court proceeding in Denver says "State of Colorado," and depicts the Colorado State Seal. The prosecution for the murder of the DEA agent, however, is in federal court, which would not use a state seal. On a separate note, because the agent's murder is depicted as having taken place in Humboldt County, California, whether it is prosecuted in state or federal court, it should have been in a California state or federal court, not in Denver.
