This is a tough short film to watch and it may just bring a tear to your eye. It's about a young man struggling to come to terms with the senseless murder of his brother due to gang violence. Although angry, he decides to sublimate his pain through poetry. Eventually, he also wants to talk to the murderers who are now serving life sentences for this brutal act. In many ways I marvel, as I wonder if I could ever do that...probably not.
The most poignant part of the film was not the confrontation but the poem that was supposedly written by the KKK thanking these gang-bangers for helping to destroy the Black community. Brilliant and touching.
