The 'Land of the Tiger' is a great narration by Valmik Thapar who guides us through exploring the rich wonders of flora and fauna in the subcontinent of South Asia. Including many brilliant sights, such as the national parks of Kaziranga and Kahna, to the deep blue Indian Ocean, the deserts of Rajasthan, and the mighty Himalayas. With festivals and celebrations, to rituals and lively spirits, from night and day we are embarked on a journey to learn about the great wildlife found here. There is no wonder Kipling, and other notable individuals were inspired by what they saw. Throughout 6 episodes, we learn that this vast and exotic diverse land truly belongs to many magnificent creatures, especially the tiger.
