Another terrific episode

It was mentioned that this episode was a remake of the US version of Law & Order. Since this Dick Wolf series is the UK version of this excellent series, of course some stories are the same! Enjoy this show for what it IS, a finely crafted television series with stellar acting and actors. You won't be disappointed.

Where's the rest of the episodes?

There should be 13! I wanted to find out about actors in shows I just watched and they aren't even there! Great shows tho. I was so surprised to see the guy from Doctor Who! I love him! Bradley Walsh.

You begged me to do this to you. Horny little slut.

Alesha Phillips had been assaulted by a gynecologist during a medical examination. Later on, she talked to coworkers in order to start an investigation over doctor Merrick. At first, detectives checked former patients who stop seeing the doctor, but they were not very helpful: one had been the doctor's mistress (Kim Vithana), another one had mental issue and the third didn't want to expose herself. So Alesha went on a second visit with a camera hidden in her bag: this time the doctor raped her and she got proofs, but it's not easy to convince the jury. What is the reason that drives her to the abuser? How can she persuade former victims to show up?

I've already seen an identical episode in Law & Order with Dr. Elizabeth Olivet who played the raped woman. This is a remake, so some suspense is missing because the plot is nearly identical, only set 20 years later with a video camera that takes the place of a cassette recorder.
