The classic album, Cream's 2nd overall, was produced by Felix Pappalardi, also known for being the bass player in the band Mountain. He produced every Cream record with the exception of their debut.
Sadly, Pappalardi died in the early 80s after being shot by his wife. It was ruled an accidental death, though this has been the subject of hot debate for years.

If by albums you mean studio albums, 4. Though 2 are half live, half studio.
Fresh Cream - 1966 (tracklists are slightly different between the US and UK pressings.)
Disraeli Gears - 1967
Wheels of Fire - 1968 (half live, half studio)
Goodbye - 1969 (half live, half studio, released after band disbanded.)
There have been numerous posthumous releases, including live albums, compilations, BBC sessions, greatest hits compilations, and the like. The band did a brief reunion in the mid-2000s and put out a live CD/DVD of it.
