This episode was heartbreaking and heartwarming. It's heartbreaking to see Amy say goodbye in her dream to Ty. It's heartwarming to see Amy and Lyndy snuggle with each other. She is a beautiful mom.

Another great episode

I thought this was another great episode. I loved how Amy got her chance to say goodbye to Ty in her own way. This episode showcased Jack's trouble dealing with Ty's death. Jack has been trying to remain strong for Amy and everyone else that he hasn't been able to deal with Ty's death on his own. Being on the cattle drive brought back all the memories of Jack and Ty's first cattle drive together, which really caused heartache for Jack and he took it out on Quinn. Tim called Jack out. He told Jack he was being mean, and Jack is not mean. Jack was hurting. Seeing Jack have his moment of release and him getting his chance to say goodbye to Ty in his own way was beautiful and poignant. Looking forward to continued healing this season, while still showing the snippets of Ty.

Heartland Needs To End.

Warning: Spoilers
S14's E1 was understandably sad. It was the shocking death of a beloved character we all saw alive and well in the final minutes of S13's finale. How morbid. If Graham Wardle wanted to exit the show (more like forced out for his opinions on a virus), just end it for the sake of the show's integrity. S14 Episode 2 was depressing with no bright days in sight. Heartland always had ups and downs because that's life, but there was also hope. It was inspiring and uplifting storytelling. Now, it's a show in mourning, with a know-it-all preteen environmental activist, grumpy Jack who's cold to Georgie's boyfriend for the sin of not being Ty. Where's Lisa by the way? Tim's just kind of there to remind us he destroyed Amy and Ty's home that was under construction. Where's Tim's son Shane? During such tragic times, why wasn't he there for his sister Amy? Lou. Ugh. Mayor Lou. Where's Mitch? Did he wise up and finally move on? In the past, the show has put-down horses suffering, as an act of mercy. The show needs to put Season 14 out of its misery. Now.
