When Obi-Wan and Leia enter the droid repair shop it is daylight. Several minutes later, when Vader arrives in the village, it is suddenly dark out.
Vader is seen having at least one mechanical arm attached to his arms, but when he is seen from the rear in the shot after his both arms are limbed again, no arm attached to either limb.
One of the stormtroopers on the transport asks Obi-Wan and Leia what they're doing out so far. Obi-Wan replies "it's a long story" to which the stormtrooper says "it's a long journey". But barely five minutes later the stormtroopers announce they've arrived where they're going and get off.
Though it's not a goof if the stormtrooper is fully aware they aren't going to be on the transport for long, and he is just giving Obi-Wan's evasive reply short shrift in order to get an answer out of him.

When Vader is being fitted into his armor, his helmet is fitted as a complete piece with the face plate already intact. This is not how his helmet was constructed, and as seen in both Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith (2005) and in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983), the face plate is separate to the helmet and they are added and removed individually.
It's not necessarily a goof, as 10 years have passed since Episode III and Vader could have gone through different iterations of redesigns on his gear. But that could be a retcon to explain what is simply a goof.

During the close up of Vader's feet when he walks toward where Obi-Wan is hiding, you can see the tracks of the camera dolly. Occurs twice.
A big deal is made of both Vader's loud breathing and movement and that Ben can sense his presence and yet he is able to sneak up on Ben in a silent quarry without making a sound until he activates his lightsaber.
Obi-Wan is troubled passing through some beams of lasers. It is perfectly clear that there's is plenty of room to pass around this laser gate or even climb over the control panel. There is no logical explanation to blow the gate.
