In the comics, Vincent Patilio is the villain Leapfrog whose suit gives him strength and the ability to jump long distances. He was twice captured by Daredevil, ending his career.
When She-Hulk asks Daredevil if he's a superhero, the theme music from Daredevil (2015) plays and then Matt says, "I'm Daredevil."
The sound effect of Leapfrog's jet boots breaking down is the same sound effect of the Millennium Falcon breaking down from Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980).
This is the second appearance of Matt Murdock in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) after Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). Charlie Cox returns as the titular character from Daredevil (2015) with this appearance marking his first in costume appearance as Daredevil in the MCU. However, unlike the Marvel Netflix series, Daredevil's costume matches his yellow and red appearance from the 1964 comics rather than his all-red appearance from the more recent comics and Marvel Netflix show.
A billboard for Rogers: the Musical can be seen behind Daredevil in the scene when he and Jen are standing in the parking lot after their fight. Rogers: the Musical was first seen in Hawkeye (2021), which featured Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson FIsk/Kingpin, reprising his role from Daredevil (2015).
