First major on-screen appearance of the Cantwell-class Arrestor Cruiser, the ship's design, based off a World War II aircraft carrier, was first created by visual effects artist Colin Cantwell as one of the potential designs for the Imperial Star Destroyer in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977), though it ultimately was not used. 40 years later the production crew for Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) looked through Lucasfilm archives for ship design ideas and came across this design and decided to use it for an Imperial ship in the film, though it only wound up being used in a short Imperial recruitment video. The name for the ship, Cantwell-class, was first used in the novelization of the film when it almost captured the Millennium Falcon, the original script for the film featured a scene where the Falcon was captured by the cruiser but it was ultimately cut from the final version.
The Pamular Brothers are two aliens originally designed for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016), although only one of them actually made it into the film. Dewi was seen as Cycyed Ock, a Keredian in Saw Gerrera's Partisan camp. Freedi was also designed for Rogue One but failed to get featured, then nearly made it into the Kessel mines sequence of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018). Their ship is a Quadjumper, a type of vehicle first seen in Unkar Plutt's yard in Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2015).
In Luthen's shop, you can see a Gungan personal energy shield and a Jedi Temple Guard Mask. Another item is a round stone tablet resembling an Aztec calendar. While this may be a reference to Diego Luna's Mexican roots, it is likely to be another reference to the Indiana Jones movies, specifically Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008).
The Cantwell-class cruiser is a type of Arrestor Cruiser manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards for the Imperial Navy, its main function is to serve as a type of interdiction ship for stopping and seizing vessels. It features three large tractor beam generators and emitter dishes, allowing the Cantwell-class to lock a tractor beam on at a greater distance, and with more power than most other ship's tractor beam emitters; the Cantwell's tractor beam power is on par with an Imperial II-class Star Destroyer's. The cruiser can then either reel the captured ship in for boarding or disable it with ion cannons. The cruiser has a crew complement of about 2,700 naval officers and 140 stormtroopers, it carries 24 starfighters, usually a mix of TIE fighters and bombers, and is armed with three twin ion cannon turrets and 12 light laser cannons.
