Kasie announces cause of death as acetic acid spiked ketchup that caused kidney failure. Acetic acid is the primary component in vinegar after water, which is a common ingredient in ketchup. A harmful level of acetic acid in the ketchup would have been immediately noticeable from a sharp acrid smell from the ketchup and would have burned his mouth well before he could have ingested enough to kill him.

After questioning the hacker, the team send information to Gibbs and Sloane in Afghanistan where it is still daylight. Given that it is winter or, at most, early spring (given how wrapped up people in Washington are), it would be nighttime in Afghanistan, which is nine and a half hours ahead of Washington DC.
Apparently McGee has Albert's computer connected to the intern NCIS network even though he knows that Albert is an extreme good hacktivist, thus allowing to infect that internal network. Being a computer expert himself, McGee should have known much better.
When Jimmy is being used as bait, the wire to his earpiece in his left ear is clearly visible.
