I have really liked Everybody Hates Chris. I went through the episodes so fast and realised I was at the end of the show.
It was a bit sad to say goodbye to this family I got so used to, the main characters and off course a young Chris Rock who carried the show so well. This last episode is good because it does not fall into the trap, like so many other shows, where it tries to force an ending that it feels the audience will like. It goes on like a normal episode in the series.
I quite liked the spoof and connections to The Sopranos and its very topical last episode. This last episode almost mirrors that ending but on a much lighter note. I personally feel the show is strong on its own and has its own weight that it probably could have ended the show on its own terms and not relate to another big show. Thanks for the laughs and good times.
