Matthew has had a suspect in mind for some time, he sets about arresting his suspect, but soon finds obstacles in the path.
Don't go into this expecting high octane, or even energetic drama, it's all very casual, very subtle drama.
I do actually think this has been the best episode of this four part series, it definitely improved as it went on, the main issue that has dogged this show from the off, is the pacing, it's been agonisingly slow. There is a lot more content in the final half hour, than in the rest of the show combined.
7/10.
Its amazing how religion can, and has been used to warp people, and suppress people. This doesn't exactly show The Brethren in a good light.
Ben Aldridge has been very good, he was well cast here, Martin Shaw and Juliet Stevenson were very, very good, I actually thought that Anita Dobson stole it.
