Don't like it because Lucas isn't the right fit for Elizabeth. I think even though Nathan is a Monty, he is a great father for Ally and is the right match for Elizabeth. She is selfish as well as she did even explain why she doesn't want to love him. I think she thinks he has to do with Jack death and don't think that's a real reason. Whatever Jack did has a Monty she knew there were risk. I really prefer she stay with Nathan. If she stays with Lucas who doesn't even show interest for her child, Jack. I really think it's not worth see the following season.

What The Heart Wants
ISmellSnow23 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
In this episode we see the kids graduation ceremony. Robert is the only one finishing school while the others are just moving up a grade. Robert gives a speech and then all the kids come together to sing a song for Elizabeth. It's a very touching, precious scene.

Nathan and Elizabeth continue to be awkward around each other, but when Nathan doesn't show up for parent/teacher meetings, Elizabeth sends him a note for him to talk with her at her house. She tells him that Allie should be in the accelerated math program. It appears to me that Elizabeth is also trying to get Nathan to talk more about Fort Clay. After their talk, things seem to be okay between them.

Rosemary gets a letter from Dottie saying that there is someone interested in buying the dress shop. Rachel, being afraid that she will be out of a job, is rattled by the news and she decides to take a walk, alone. She ends up getting lost and Rosemary and Lee have to find her. This storyline didn't make much sense to me, not sure where the writers are going with this but it seems dull so far.

Rosemary and Lee talk about Rosemarys career and Lee says that Rosemary shouldn't worry about the dress shop because she doesn't need to work anyways. Rosemary wants to work and do something meaningful in her life.

Bill has to return his Mountie outfit and he is sad about it. He also helps Clara come up with the idea for her and Jesse to buy into the cafe. Jesse rejects the offer. At the end of the episode, we learn that Jesse has invested all their savings and the money is all gone. Aren and Eva do such a great job in this scene. I really love them together. Clara is also filling in for Fiona at the Barber Shop and ends up frying off Molly's hair. Poor Molly, but it's hilarious.

FloYo is in bloom at the merchantile. I'm excited for this new couple. But I'm also worried about Neds stomach pain.

Carson gets a letter from Dr Rizzoli and is invited to take a fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He and Faith weigh out their options. I don't think this young couple will be staying together for much longer.

Minnie agrees that Elizabeth can start to help teach Angela. I was hoping this would be a longer storyline so I was shocked that Elizabeth won Minnie over so quickly. The scenes with Mr Landis at the graduation ceremony didn't make much sense to me, he is a new character and it was hard to dislike him when we've never met him before. But, he seems to be very unfriendly towards Elizabeth so I think the audience definitely won't have a hard time not liking him.

Lucas and Elizabeth take a morning ride to the bridge. Lucas tells Elizabeth that he won't be attending the ceremony, out of respect for Nathan and Allie. Very thoughtful of him! Lucas and Elizabeth are really hitting it off this episode. They end up having their date in Elizabeth's back yard and he compliments her and holds her hand. Very, very sweet!

Overall this was a busy episode. A lot of new storylines blooming while other storylines (ahem, the triangle) have yet to end. I'd say that the kids really stole the show in this episode and Lucas fans should be very excited for what may be in store for him and Elizabeth.

Doesn't feel right
rosalindteam11 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
So many things were only briefly touched on and not given enough time, eg Faith basically told Carter to leave. And Clara made a disaster of Mollies hair- but neither moment had a logical conclusion But worst was the date between Elizabeth and Lucas. It just doesnt feel right. Nathan is a better man. She should be a able to see that.

Inconsistent Writing

Warning: Spoilers
Inconsistent writing: figuring it out as they go along. Rachel getting lost in the woods is confusing, random and doesn't further the plot.
