Parents face when having newborns. One of the best episodes of the series imo. Loved the parallels between all the couples/families and how the women took charge of the problems their families were facing. And when it comes down to it that love and trust are the most important things in families.

Things begin hard as Toby has lost his job and is working like crazy to get a new one. They have the new baby and lots of expenses and Toby tries, but goes into a bit of a tailspin. He is scared. Kate is trying to keep a positive attitude. They are on their way to Kevin and Madison with their little ones. But Toby finds out on the way that the job he has hoped for hasn't materialized. It leads to some big time tension. Kevin, who has more money than we can imagine starts to talk about grandiose plans. He tries to give money to Kate and Toby and that exacerbates an already tense situation. In a second plot, Beth's mother is driving them crazy by being in a constant state of judgment. Malik has a problem. The entire Pearson clan is in disorder. In all cases, while problems aren't solved, they make due.
