When The Artist is sculpting Mary, the amount of clay on the wire frame keeps changing between shots.
When driving in the car, there's several instances where the mirror is showing background items (signs, trees etc) before the car has passed them.
After Detective Kelly is startled by the homeless man while sitting in the car, Detective Doyle knocks on the window asking her to unlock the car. However, you can see that the lock tab on the door is already in the 'up' position meaning the door is not locked. As Kelly leans across and opens the door, the lock tab position doesn't change. Normally it would pop up if the door had been locked.
In the church at the beginning, the lead detective peers closely at the herbs wrapped around the feet of the corpse. Solemnly he pronounces "sage". It's rosemary.
At about the 9:36 mark, when the detectives are investigating the dead woman mounted on the train, it can clearly be seen she is breathing.
About 1m28s into the movie when the CSI officer is checking the dead body dressed in a red dress, the corpse is seen breathing when the camera pans the red bodice.
The photo of Mary Kelly's father at his funeral was captioned "Elias Kelly". Mary Kelly's maiden name was Allen, as seen earlier on her marriage certificate, married to Dale Kelly, so obviously her dad would have been Elias Allen.
