Storyline
Did you know
- GoofsThe film shows Ethel Kennedy and other observers in the U.S. Senate gallery applauding the speech by her husband Robert ("Bobby") Kennedy; however, the Senate has very strict rules of decorum and forbids anyone in the visitors gallery from any sound (even a whisper) or demonstrative movement. The only reason one may stand up from their gallery seat is to immediately exit the gallery. While senators on the chamber's floor may, obviously, applaud or whisper to one another, any such behavior by anyone in the gallery will result in their immediate removal by guards posted in the gallery. Though it's conceivable that some latitude would be granted to a Senator's wife, even she would not be allowed to applaud without being immediately ushered out.
