Vernon Kay was in position to be the 'Mr Saturday Night' of his generation until a few ill advised texts saw him plummet.

However, after going through a successful rebirth on 'I'm a Celeb' ITV have trusted him to have another go through this bizarre show.

I don't think it's as bad as other reviewers have made out. Saturday night telly isn't exactly great across the board right now, so this is a decent attempt at entertaining us.

It does cherry pick a lot of elements from other game shows (there's a bit of 'Golden Balls' a bit or 'Masked Singer' but based on the first episode it just about works, and Vernon is a decent host for it.

Typical ITV Saturday night dross. OTT contestants and guests. I'm sure Vernon Kay is more worthy of better things but maybe not.

Just doesn't work

We need a new ideas and different shows. This just didn't work. I loved BGT but it was getting old and needed a new format so it's good to see that ITV have realised that and produced a new show but it took so long to get to the acts. Rather than the balls then maybe a set amount for guessing right and doing away with having celebrities, which every shiw seems to have to have these days might have made it better.

3.6/10? Are you all thick? This show isn't amazing of course it isn't but it certainly isn't and at all! Game shows are dwindling in decency so you can't have high expectations anymore! It isn't the same. This is actually ok. Although some talents aren't really talents and some are disturbing. Should put a warning for scenes you may find disturbing and traumatising on some episodes! There was one with an escapologist for Christ sake!

I don't know what to say. 2021 is giving rise to some truly awful game shows. The clues to the talents are really obvious, so no challenge there. It's whoever has the biggest prize pot that gets the chance to win it in the last round. The size of the prize pot is down to the pick of the spheres - luck rather than skill. Each guess a sphere is selected from the rotating table. Each sphere has a different amount of money. If the guess is correct the money is added to that prize pot, if the guess is wrong it goes to the other team. I had thought that this was a programme to showcase the talents, I was wrong, there is a quick demonstration and then on with the rather repetitive game.
