If this is not 10/10, I don't know what is.

One of the best Boruto episode. It was dark and gave us the dark background of Kawaki. Ngl, I read the manga and during this ep. Whenever I thought of future events, it made me tearup.

Character development!

Warning: Spoilers
This is what the manga didn't have, not enough character development for Kawaki. It makes sense that we can't get manga material every week because we are gonna catch up to the manga pretty soon. It's great to see the anime giving us this backstory for Kawaki, and by the next episode we will understand more his behavior. The best is yet to come, and once again for a filler episode it's pretty damn good, keep up the good work Boruto anime!

I absolutely love Kawaki his the best. Finaley a character I can love. Boruto is ok,Sarada is a better character than sakura and Misuke well I love Misuke but his obsession with Boruto I don't understand. But yeah great episode.

Warning: Spoilers
The Ost hit from the start, the story was beautifully crafted, the landscape and animation was chef's kiss, Delta and jigen just looked.....oof.it was so so dark. He was just a little boy. One of the best one episode back story. And that last scene when naruto said "this is a safe place, you don't need to worry" Was ashes on fire level goosebumps.

Moral of the story Kawaki is only kid who can buy alcohol in age of 10

There comes a time when the author tells a very sad and struggle backstory about an innocent character to get the sympathy of the audience .

The formula is simple take a character without personality then add some script outrageous characters or forget that add some extremely violent characters to let one shine the most.

The Boruto anime is simply working on a formula over and over again "Decrease the brightness of every other star so that the brightest one can shine" .

And the villains are just a few items where our star will show off his technology and the equipment he has created. There is also no respect, work or power scaling for the villains in this story . They are evil because they are evil. They have something to do with our star and they completely forget that there is a big world out there, the villains will keep running after a person and wait until they are defeated.

The audience doesn't like a particular character because he or she had a tragedy past or terrible things happen. For the action they take in that situation, the audience will love which part and personality they choose at that point of time. It makes a character likeable.

Kawaki doesn't have personality he is just running in own story as secondary character .

I am just hoping writers will fix this in future.
