Not so bad not so good

The movie has a very young feel to it. Every frame of the movie looks very beautiful and the direction of the movie is the primary savior for the movie. Ashok Pati is the new age oriya film maker who has the ability to take oriya films into new heights visually. The Music of the film is OK type but two songs of the movie are very nice specially the title song(Both male and female version).Though the movie is inspired from "Dhadkan" but still the creativity of the director can be seen clearly from the movie. The introduction scenes of the main characters of the film could have been better. The Back-ground score of the movie comes effective in its second half of the story. The graphics of the movie are very impressive and the cinematography of the film is very Rich. Talking about the performances Buddhaditya stands out above all. You cannot ignore an actor like him who has such a great screen presence and an impressive dialogue delivery. It actually seems that the character was written only keeping him in mind. The characterization of "Buddhaditya" as "Jeet" is so strong and its surely one of the memorable performance given by any oriya actor in the recent times. Sidhant Mohapatra in the role of "Shri Ram" is as usual very good in the movie, his mannerisms, his persona, his dressing sense everything was very proper and have given a complete justice to the movie. The actress "Krisha" in her role of "Nandini" is not more than average, she has given not so strong performance only looks good in parts, but in few close ups she is not looking very impressive. Also she needs to have a good hair stylist and use a right kind of make-up to make her look more glamorous and beautiful. Her costumes are good but her screen presence is not very effective. Anita Das in her brief role is fabulous."Bobby Mishra" has been completely wasted in the movie. Snigdha Mohanty in the role of step mother is good, but have a little scope to do.The climax of the film is very surprising and the fifteen minutes of chasing scene is one of the highlights of the movie. So giving an all round review,"Nandini I Love U" is a combination of plus points as well as flaws.
