Taxi Driver starts off a case every two episodes, but quickly becomes cases interwoven with story arcs for the characters.
Like Marvel's Daredevil, there are lots of many against one fight scenes that, although obviously choreographed, play well enough to be enjoyable.
The sound effects people go a bit over the top at times, and a lot of the fast vehicles look pretty slow, but overall I really enjoyed the season.
Each story isn't predictable, and there are real moments of emotional pain, even for the viewer.
Each character gets developed over the season which is nice to see, and there is just a hint of romance, but no actual romance in the series. So don't watch this if you want a romantic comedy.
I think the intention is that you take the show seriously, and if you already have some experience with K-drama, you'll see that they tried hard to be dramatic without being over the top.
I recommend watching, and be happy that the season does not end on a cliff hanger, although I've found out that at this stage there will be a season 2.
