I love this show, is just so good, I don't know anyone who doesn't love it. This show makes me feel emotions like I never felt before. I really didn't know i could cry just from a speech or just looking at someone. So I'm really glad that I started this show and never regret it for a second. For me, i believe for everyone, This is Us is just there, i mean there are all other tv shows in one side and This Is Us in other side.

Life that's what this episode was about

Losses, wins, trepidation and most importantly love. TiU really is a goldmine. It gives you all the feels and makes you appreciate: family friends and the struggles that are faced everyday plus those we can relate to in the characters. 2 more episodes to go til the finale.

I have been a fan of this series since it's inception. Unfortunately, it is having a slow and steady decline. Almost nothing in this episode advances the story or the characters. The multiple time frames gimmick is getting really old, and this was the choppiest episode in the entire series. The point has already been made about Kate and Becca's reconciliation. This episode just "beat it to death" with an excess of sentimentality with no new insight. By far the best part was the nearly wordless introduction of Beth opening and then having to close her dance studio during the COVID lockdown. This first 5 minutes was very poignant, proving that less is more. At the end, we have Zoe reappear into Kevin's life literally out of nowhere, which didn't make sense. A similar show "A Million Little Things" started out slow and has gotten better each season. "This is Us" started out with a bang, and it has degenerated into repetitious stories and maudlin sentimentality. The writers need to wake up and give it some freshness. Until then, I might stop watching.
