- Season 18, episode 117. Unexpected Thomas appears in the theatre lobby to accompany Tatjana during the Othello-opera performance tonight. Paul suddenly has a client who urgently needs his help. Johanna has letters to give to Paul. They are written by his father, her late husband. Thomas reacts displeased. Johanna lets her son Thomas decide if Paul should get the letters or not. Tatjana means Thomas has no right to hold them back. Sara feels guilty about not helping locked up Amelie. It contravenes her helper instinct. She frees Amelie who doesn't show any gratefulness. Ben and Tina try to persuade Britta to continue their car sharing by agreeing to buy only one new car together. Hendrik gives Britta the idea to buy her own car, a small electricity powered vehicle to meet environmental requirements. Carla hints Britta a buyer for the old car. Tina and Ben look astonished to see the heap of money that they get for the old car. Gregor reacts less enthusiastic. Cook Carla needs a new sous-chef. Skilled Ellen only wants to help out. Carla recognizes the rough language Ellen uses toward colleagues in the restaurant kitchen. She makes her clear that in this working place the tone of talk should be more civilized. Ellen ponders about becoming the new sous-chef here. In the hospital: Hannes eye patches are removed and he is cured and can see clear again.—B. Dijkhoff
