This episode is helpful to show how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is useful in helping people overcome their OCD behaviors. I thought there was value in the therapist Karen talking about getting out of one's comfort zone because there is no growth there. I also thought Dr. Gladden's questioning of Russ in his kitchen was excellent as it led him to discover a truth about what all these hoarded objects represented -- and how they were hurting him. It would be a 10 star episode but the two stories are just barely able to hold my 10-12 graders interest. It took me stopping the video a numbers of times to discuss points that helped hold their interest - I hope!
