- Nancy must decide the fate of a DEA agent; Celia moves into Nancy's garage; Silas and Doug strong-arm a law enforcement connection for a medical marijuana license.
- Nancy and the family hang out in the arcade. Andy's ready to go home. Nancy finds three different ways to give him crap about sleeping with her sister. He thinks she's jealous. To prove otherwise, Andy helpfully suggests she kiss him. She mentions that she's carrying another man's baby.
Finally, that man calls saying it's safe to go home. It's Silas and Shane's first time meeting him. He brought them campaign shirts. He says Sucio mixed his medications; it happens sometimes. "Well, in that case, thanks for giving him a gun and the keys to my house," Nancy says. Esteban suggests they move in with him. He has a house on this side of the border.
Shane pouts and Silas drags him away. Nancy asks Esteban where all of this is coming from. He got test results. It's a son and it's his. He's feeling all warm and glowy. Goon No. 3, Ignacio, brings in a baby swing. Esteban is acting all lovey dovey and fatherly.
Andy wonders what Ignacio the gorilla thug has that he doesn't. In response, Ignacio Tasers him. Then he helpfully says he'll get Andy a towel since he wet himself.
At school, Shane's teacher hits him up for more weed. He has $4,000 to spend.
At home, Silas is dressed up for business on his way out the door. He says Andy is in the garage, working out. She finds him there, looking like an 80 pound weakling in tight gym shorts and a snazzy red head band. Ignacio thinks he looks like Jamie Lee Curtis in "Perfect."
As Nancy goes to answer the barking doorbell, Andy finds an old bank book in Judah's stuff.
Nancy answers. It's Celia. She recognizes Ignacio as her pusher. Nancy says she can't stay and tells her about the baby. She says Celia is the opposite of calm. Then Celia asks if the baby's Andy's. Cut to Ignacio tossing all her stuff on the lawn. Outside, Agent Roy Till watches from his car.
Silas and Doug try to rent a building, but are shown the curb when they disclose their business.
Nancy fights a losing battle putting together the baby chair. She's lying on the floor in defeat when Ignacio drags in an unconscious Roy Till. He finds a gun, a knife and brass knuckles on him - and no badge. Ignacio zaps him for good measure.
He says he's going to drain his blood in the tub and turn his bones into molasses. Nancy zaps Ignacio.
Downstairs, Andy consults with Shane as the "family's moral center," asking if it's OK to impersonate his dead brother to sort of steal money to help the family. Shane tells him his dad's passport is upstairs. Shane packs up weed for his English teacher and each blesses the others' sins, although Andy doesn't love Shane's plan. "What can I say, I'm a Botwin," Shane says, "we're not responsible for anything we do."
Upstairs, Nancy has both Roy Till and Ignacio handcuffed to the bed. Till more or less confesses to grabbing Sucio since he killed his partner. Roy Till asks which side Nancy's on and Ignacio says his side, since she made a baby with the boss.
Then Celia comes in downstairs. Nancy leaves the men alone and they start kicking each other - at least until Ignacio notices that Till is aroused. He claims it's a perfectly normal response to combat. "No, no, that's not cool man," Ignacio says, "I don't want to fight no more."
Celia wants to live on Nancy's screened-in porch. Nancy chases her out of the house, lighting matches and tossing them at her feet.
At the bank, Andy takes in Judah's bank balance: $186,437.96. He tells the teller they got the money when an uncle died. He and his "brother" both and his "brother" spent his on a Ford Econoline when he needed a place to live. The teller says his grandmother has also been adding to it. He asks about the hold on the account. She says she doesn't know who he is, but she's been waiting a long time to say her piece to Judah and he's going to have to come in himself. Andy gives her the sad news.
Shane conducts business with his teacher at school, mocking his crappy car in the process. Shane tosses the drugs in the trunk as his teacher tells him to get in for a ride home. Instead, the teacher leaves the door locked and drives off with a free giant bag o' weed.
Back in the bedroom, Nancy tries to convince Roy Till to let it go. He tells her she has to choose. Both men plan to kill the other if she lets one go. She doesn't know what to do, so she consults the Magic 8 Ball.
Silas and Doug bring back their cop extortionist to get the lease signed on their shop in the drycleaning spot.
Andy watches the ocean with the teller. She says Judah was her first love. She agrees to get Andy into the account if he'll go out with her - as Judah.
Esteban finds Nancy in the hallway, reciting Magic 8 Ball phrases near catatonia. She's drained from the life or death decisions. Esteban tells her what's going to happen in there is not right or wrong, good or bad, it just is. He says there's nothing he won't do to protect their life and their son. He goes into the bedroom.
Later, there's the sound of a power tool and Ignacio washes up. Nancy sits blankly in the chair. They go for a walk on the beach. He throws her Magic 8 Ball into the ocean and kisses her belly and she tries to forget that she just allowed a federal agent to die in her bedroom.
Andy puts together the infernal baby cradle, mastering it.
