  President Allison Taylor : I "assume" he uncovered "something" in his business dealings with them

  President Allison Taylor : He said the two of you had a "very interesting" discussion and that he would be coming to the United Nations in five hours with the Russian Premier to sign the treaty as scheduled. He also said the credit for that is all yours

  Charles Logan : He was in the "mood" to be "convinced"

  Ethan Kanin : Mr. President, Ethan Kanin here

  Charles Logan : So you're back on your feet?

  Ethan Kanin : Yes, and I'm curious: what did you say to the Russian foreign minister to convince him to come back to the peace talks?

  Charles Logan : I told him that... peace is in all of our interests

  Ethan Kanin : [Unconvinced]  seriously, I'd like to know how you did it

  Charles Logan : Madam President, those details... are for me alone that was our agreement, am I right?

  President Allison Taylor : Yes, you are

  Charles Logan : So Ethan, let's not do anything to "sully" our victory and it is a "victory" for all of us. It's a good feeling, isn't it?

  President Allison Taylor : If I can keep the Russians at the table, I can bring peace to the part of the world that has known nothing but war for generations. "That" is the "greater good" that I'm working towards, to achieve it, there has to be sacrifice

  Jack Bauer : With all due respect, these people who gave the nuclear weapons were willing to obliterate half of Manhattan

  President Allison Taylor : You don't know that, I'm telling you: we have to move on. Even Hassan's widow has "picked up the torch" continuing the peace process

  Jack Bauer : Does she know the Russians help murder her husband? Do you think she'd be willing to sign the treaty? Have you even told her?

  President Allison Taylor : That's enough

  Jack Bauer : [Raises his voice]  have you told her?

  President Allison Taylor : [Stands up and raises her voice]  I said that's enough. This peace treaty is in the "interest" of the United States, and that of the world: that makes it a good in itself and certainly more important for your desire for revenge

  Jack Bauer : I don't want revenge, I want justice

  President Allison Taylor : And I want peace. If there were another way, I would take it but there's not: that's my decision. Do you understand?

  President Allison Taylor : [When he doesn't respond]  do you understand?

  Jack Bauer : [Hesitantly]  yes ma'am

  President Allison Taylor : I've arranged a helicopter to fly you to Maguire Air Force base

  Jack Bauer : You're locking me down?

  President Allison Taylor : You'll be debriefed there, good bye... I'm sorry

  President Allison Taylor : [after she nods]  we're having a press conference at the UN to present Dalia Hassan as the new leader of the IRK and to announce the peace talks are still on track, what we need CTU to do make security is "airtight"
