Bringing in the boss from Chicago added a good element here, and definitely added some much needed drama for the supporting cast. I think there are some good storylines from this corporate struggle that I hope they explore.

While I love all the main characters and they have really perfected their acting interrelationships-Kate steals the show here.
The fashions continue to be stunning and I'm smitten with the cuteness of Lily Collins (of course, I grew up listening and loving her father's music) and her interactions with all characters.
