When Tanveer Iqbal breaks off his affair with married woman Zatoon Bibi, she takes a monstrous revenge against him.
It's a good episode, a very interesting case, all I kept thinking about Zatoon Bibi, is that there was a touch of the Lady Macbeth's about here, so cold and calculating, not afraid to hurt anyone to get what she wants, she's a terrifying individual. To drag her son in, that's the lowest of the low.
There is always something a little more matter of fact about the British crime documentaries than those from the USA, slightly less sensationalism I think it's fair to say, deliveries a little more restrained, perhaps a little less entertaining.
It does make you ask the question about the arranged marriage between Zatoon and Gul, I'm not sure the families got this one spot on, clearly nothing between them.
7/10.
