This new series has a top pedigree, created by Brian Koppleman who created Billions. Of course, Billions has been destroyed by horrible writing and fatal wokeism. But, given the subject matter, this series should only have a two-year run.
Top director Allan Coulter handles this premier episode and it moves with lightening pace and features snappy dialogue by Koppleman.
I have always liked Joseph Gordon Leavitt, and he is excellent herein, but, for the first time, he's playing an unlikeable character-a Big Tech azzhole! We will eventually be rooting for his downfall, which of course is what happened, but it should be a fun ride.
Kyle Chandler is always excellent, and fortunately, unlike in The Mayor of Kingstown, he's not killed-off in the first episode. Richard Schiff, from The West Wing, plays the establishment nemesis.
So, I'm along for the ride.
