Top secret organisation (that operates on a level above & beyond MI5) with highly sophisticated technology & the power to reverse time is unable to track a person's phone & doesn't monitor the staff's online activities when they're using its software? Aforementioned organisation also doesn't analyse which person has access to an extremely dangerous prisoner - housed in maximum security facility? None of them think to restrict privileges & log who / how often they receive visits? Really? Am I genuinely supposed to believe that a place like this wouldn't have mass surveillance of everything & everyone, in the building & around the world? They clearly would - to know the things they do. If they're able to hack a person's bank account, if they know it's being used to finance unauthorised trips, why can't they close it or stop transactions? Moreover, why can't they just cancel flights or alert local police of the threat on board so the flight could be diverted or he could be detained upon landing? A colleague goes on a military mission to Romania & there's no drone watching events unfold from above? All this extremely conspicuous behaviour doesn't trigger early warnings of unusual activity? Heck, even Google pays more attention to what individuals do on their computers than these guys. Seriously challenging my suspension of disbelief.

Very very bad localization of Romania, bad geography, rasist way to portrait locals - that village full of drugged gypsies, wtf is this?

action is also low, effects are high school project level, plot is flawed, how did rebrov manage to get so close to the computer guy?

How the organization left the prisoner withought fullly visual surveillance, how the torture happenes, no laws are applies to this people???

Very weak episode compared with the others so far, hopefully this not became the average but is an exception.
