After surviving Toyman's bomb, Oliver returns to drinking and playing, which allows mysterious Victoria Sinclair to drug-tempt him so he can be locked up in a coffin. It's designed for Oliver to escape from easily, but that's just the start of a seemingly endless macabre succession of abuse and deceit, while he's asked repeatedly whom he hurt so much as to deserve such revenge. Clark must rather concentrate on babysitting Lois, who smells a rat because Oliver missed their annual tradition on his birthday. Chloe plays a surprising part.
